How the Foundry works
No connectors into your systems, no agents on your machines, nothing hosted. CFO Foundry is a reporting engine with a defined intake, and everything that moves between you and it is an ordinary file.
And there is no dump folder. Incoming files land in their right place inside the data room, because building the data room is part of the exercise; the generated reports are filed back into it. The data room is not a deliverable at the end. It is the working structure from month one.
What goes in
Part of the engagement is agreeing this list: for each source an owner, a shape, and a date in the month.

Setup happens once per entity: a visual wizard maps every account of your chart of accounts into the engine. From then on the monthly pack is generated, not built, and filed where it belongs: management accounts per entity, exports and decks land in their data room folders, so the data room grows richer with every close. Everything ever generated stays usable without CFO Foundry.
The engine only reports
CFO Foundry does not clean up what it is fed. And it feeds on more than accounting: the full picture in the tour needs trial balances, HR and payroll data, operational hours from time tracking, the sales pipeline and cost centre structures. The reports are exactly as good as the numbers going in.
Behind every view in the tour there is method inside the company:
Kept deliberately, not grown by accident, and structured so the reports can read it.
Handled so one month is comparable to the next: accruals monthly, conventions agreed with the Steuerberater.
More than a trial balance: HR, operational hours, pipeline, client data and cost centres, each with an owner who delivers in a defined shape.

Where this comes from
CFO Foundry comes from a need Syrous Abtine, Adastra's founder, had at Parkside. A company this size has to do two jobs with one finance function: run daily operations on real numbers, and be sell-side ready with defended numbers when the M&A process comes.
The market answers that with a stack: a full-time CFO, an M&A adviser, and a Big 4 engagement. Three seats, priced for companies ten times the size. CFO Foundry is the version that fits.

Everything in the product tour is real output. The engine exists, it runs every month, and the screenshots come from it.
There is still no download link on this site, and that is deliberate: the engine alone would not give you those reports.
Will it become a product?
Possibly. The roadmap on this site is real, and every engagement matures the engine. A hosted version and a licensing model are on it.
But CFO Foundry will only become a product once the method it depends on can travel without the person who built it. Until then, the way to have it is with the engagement.
